[Tars Feature Update] — Change system messages to your own language

Hey Bot makers!
We hope your bot-y exploits are going well and can’t wait to see what you guys are making.
We wanted to let you know that we are pushing a new feature today : Ability to change bot language
A lot of you guys have been asking for this and we have been listening.
This is not a translator for your actual messaging flow but will rather change the pieces of text that you cannot change (e.g. “Choose from Below” or the message that comes up if a user gives an invalid name or number)
