How does the agent handle multi-currency invoicing in Zoho Books?

If your Zoho Books organization has multi-currency enabled, the agent can create invoices in any configured currency. It uses the exchange rate from Zoho Books, which can be set to auto-fetch or manually defined. Specify the currency code when creating an invoice, and Zoho Books handles the conversion math.

What Zoho Books permissions does OAuth grant to Tars?

OAuth grants access to the Zoho Books modules you authorize during setup. This typically includes invoices, contacts, items, estimates, sales orders, and bank accounts. You control the scope during the authorization flow and can revoke access from your Zoho security settings at any time.

Does Tars store copies of my Zoho Books financial data?

No. Every query is a live API call to your Zoho Books organization. Invoice details, contact records, and payment information are fetched in real time and used only to respond to the current conversation. Tars does not maintain a separate copy of your financial records.

Can the agent email invoices directly to clients from Zoho Books?

Yes. After creating an invoice, the agent can trigger Zoho Books' email invoice function to send it directly to the client's email address on file. The email uses your Zoho Books email template, including your branding, payment links, and terms. Clients receive it as if you sent it manually.
