The agent uses Woodpecker's Add Prospects to Campaign API. It takes the campaign ID, prospect details (email, first name, company, custom fields), and imports them directly. You can add up to 20,000 prospects per request, with optional force-add to override global status restrictions.

Can the agent filter prospects by engagement level in a campaign?

Yes. The agent queries Woodpecker's Get Prospects in Campaigns endpoint with activity filters like OPENED, REPLIED, or INTERESTED. It can also filter by contacted status, campaign status, and date ranges, so you get exactly the segment you need.

What Woodpecker API permissions does Tars need?

Tars requires your Woodpecker API key, which grants access to campaign management, prospect operations, and statistics endpoints. Generate this key from your Woodpecker.co account settings under Integrations. The API key controls all access, and you can regenerate it anytime.

Can the agent manage campaigns for multiple Woodpecker client accounts?

Yes, if you use Woodpecker's Agency HQ plan. The agent supports the company_id parameter, allowing it to switch between client accounts when listing or managing campaigns. Each operation targets the specified client context.

Does the agent store my prospect email lists?

No. Prospect data is sent directly to Woodpecker's API during the conversation. Tars does not maintain a separate database of your prospect lists. Email addresses and contact details pass through to Woodpecker and are stored only in your Woodpecker account.

What happens if I try to run a campaign that is still in DRAFT status?

The agent calls Woodpecker's Run Campaign endpoint, which activates the campaign if it has the required setup (sending account, steps, and prospects). If prerequisites are missing, Woodpecker returns an error, and the agent relays the specific issue so you can fix it.

How is using Tars different from managing campaigns in the Woodpecker dashboard?

The Woodpecker dashboard requires manual login and navigation. With Tars, you manage campaigns through natural language, from Slack, WhatsApp, or your website. Pause a campaign, check stats, or import prospects by simply asking. It removes the dashboard friction for busy sales teams.

Can the agent delete specific campaign steps?

Yes, but only non-initial steps that have not yet processed any prospects. The agent calls Woodpecker's Delete Campaign Step endpoint with the campaign ID and step UUID. The campaign must be in DRAFT or EDITED status. Steps that have already sent emails cannot be removed.
