The agent uses WaiverFile's Get Site Details API endpoint, authenticated with your API Key and Site ID. It retrieves public metadata about your waiver site including active forms, site configuration, and signing URLs. All queries happen in real time during customer conversations.

Can the agent send waiver signing links to customers on WhatsApp?

Yes. When a customer needs to sign a waiver, the agent retrieves your WaiverFile site details to identify the correct form URL. If your Tars agent is deployed on WhatsApp, it sends the signing link directly in the chat so guests can complete waivers from their phone.

What credentials does Tars need from WaiverFile?

Tars requires your WaiverFile API Key and your unique Site ID. Both are available in your WaiverFile account settings. These credentials are stored securely and only used for authenticated API requests during customer conversations.

Does Tars store copies of signed waivers or customer signatures?

No. Tars only accesses WaiverFile site-level metadata through the API. Signed waivers, customer signatures, and personal information remain stored exclusively in your WaiverFile account. Tars does not download, cache, or replicate any document-level data.

Can the agent handle waivers for minors requiring guardian signatures?
