Can the agent build mailing lists from scratch during conversations?

Yes. The agent creates a new mailing list via Create Mailing List, then adds individual recipients using Add Recipient or batch-adds them using Create Multi Recipients. Each recipient includes full mailing address, name, email, and optional custom fields.

What Thanks.io API credentials does Tars need?

Tars requires your Thanks.io API key, which you can generate from your Thanks.io dashboard under API settings. This key provides access to mailing lists, recipient management, order placement, previews, and sub-account management.

No. Recipient addresses are managed in your Thanks.io account. Tars sends address data to Thanks.io during the conversation for list building and order placement, but does not cache or store mailing addresses on its servers between sessions.
