The agent retrieves a specific site using the Get Site by ID endpoint with the include parameter set to 'units.' This returns the full unit inventory for the facility. The agent then filters units by availability status, size, and pricing to answer the customer's specific question.

Can the agent look up tenants by email address?

Yes. The Get Admin User endpoint accepts either a user ID or email address as the identifier. The agent can find tenant accounts using whichever identifier is provided. Optional include parameters like units, items, billing, and customFields provide additional account details.

What authentication does Tars need for Storeganise?

You need your Storeganise API key and your account subdomain. Enter both in the Tars dashboard when adding the Storeganise tool. The API key provides admin-level access to site and user data. All API requests are made over HTTPS.

Does Tars store my Storeganise tenant or site data?

No. Tars queries Storeganise's API in real time during conversations. Site details, unit inventories, and tenant account information are fetched on demand and used only for the current response. Tars does not cache or store your facility management data.

Can the agent handle multiple storage locations?

Yes. Each Storeganise site has a unique ID or code. The agent can retrieve details for any site in your account. For multi-site queries, the agent fetches each site individually and compiles the results. This supports regional reporting and cross-location comparisons.
