It coordinates over 4,000 browser fingerprint datapoints, including Canvas, WebGL, Audio, and TLS/JA3 signatures, to appear as a genuine browser. This adapts to Cloudflare, DataDome, PerimeterX, and Akamai in real-time.

Can the agent apply structured extraction rules instead of returning raw HTML?

Yes. Scrapfly supports extraction rules using CSS selectors, JMESPath, and JSONPath. The agent passes these rules as a parameter, and Scrapfly returns only the targeted data fields in structured JSON. This eliminates the need to parse raw HTML after scraping and reduces response size significantly.

What authentication does Tars need for Scrapfly?

Your Scrapfly API key, entered once in the Tars Tools section. The key is sent as a Bearer token in the Authorization header. You can find your key in your Scrapfly dashboard and rotate it at any time. No OAuth flows or complex setup required.

Does the integration cache scraped results?

Scrapfly supports optional result caching that you can enable per request. When caching is enabled, repeated requests to the same URL return cached results faster and without consuming additional credits. By default, caching is off, and every request fetches fresh content from the target site.
