How does the AI agent generate hashtag suggestions through RiteKit?

The agent sends your post text to RiteKit's Hashtag Suggestions endpoint. RiteKit analyzes the content semantically and returns relevant hashtags ranked by real-time popularity, engagement rate, and exposure potential. The suggestions update hourly based on live social media activity.

Can the agent check if specific hashtags are banned on Instagram?

Yes. The agent sends a list of up to 100 hashtags to RiteKit's Banned Instagram Hashtags endpoint. It returns which ones are currently banned or restricted by Instagram, so your team avoids shadowbans and reduced reach from using flagged tags.

What RiteKit credentials does the Tars integration need?

Tars uses your RiteKit Client ID for authentication. Obtain it from the RiteKit Developer Dashboard. Some endpoints also accept an OAuth access token. Enter the Client ID in your Tars dashboard, and the agent includes it in all API requests automatically.

Does Tars store hashtag analytics or link data from RiteKit?

No. Hashtag stats, link shortening results, and email verification responses are fetched in real time from RiteKit. Tars does not store, cache, or replicate this data. All analytics remain accessible through your RiteKit account.

How does the disposable email detection protect my lead quality?

The agent checks submitted email addresses against RiteKit's database of known disposable email providers like Mailinator and Guerrilla Mail. It can also detect freemail providers like Gmail or Yahoo. This dual check helps you filter out low-quality leads and prioritize business email addresses.

Can the agent create quote images with my brand logo and colors?

Yes. The Text to Image endpoint accepts parameters for brand logo URL, background color, gradient options, font family, font color, font size, and animation effects. Your agent passes these brand settings with each request, producing consistent visual content that matches your brand identity.

How is the link shortener different from using bit.ly?

RiteKit's link shortener embeds a call-to-action overlay on the destination page. Visitors see your CTA banner when they visit the shortened link, driving traffic back to your site. Standard shorteners only redirect without adding marketing touchpoints.

What happens if RiteKit does not have stats for a particular hashtag?

If a hashtag has no recent social media activity, RiteKit returns zero or minimal engagement data. The agent communicates this to the user and suggests alternative hashtags with better performance metrics. Low-data hashtags are flagged so your team avoids tags that will not drive reach.
