The agent uses Retailed's StockX Search endpoint with a product query. It returns matching products with current bid and ask prices, size-level data, and market analytics. For a specific product, the agent can also use the Get StockX Product endpoint with a SKU or URL for detailed pricing.

Can the agent compare prices between StockX and GOAT for the same sneaker?

Yes. The agent fetches pricing from both platforms through separate Retailed endpoints and presents the data side by side. It can compare by specific size, showing the spread between platforms so resellers or buyers can make informed decisions.

What authentication does the Retailed integration need?

Retailed uses an API key for authentication. Enter it once in your Tars dashboard, and the agent handles all requests automatically. The key provides access to StockX search, GOAT pricing, trending data, and product detail endpoints.

Does Tars store pricing or product data from Retailed?

No. All pricing and product data is fetched live from Retailed during each conversation. Market prices change constantly, so the agent always queries current data. Tars does not cache or store historical pricing from your Retailed account.

Can the agent filter trending products by category like sneakers or streetwear?

Yes. The StockX Trends endpoint supports a product_type filter. The agent can narrow results to sneakers, streetwear, collectibles, or other categories. You can also sort by popularity or price and paginate through large result sets.

How accurate is the pricing data compared to checking StockX directly?

Retailed pulls data directly from StockX and GOAT through their marketplace data feeds. The pricing reflects current market conditions. However, prices on resale platforms change rapidly, so there may be minor differences if a sale completes between the API call and your marketplace visit.

What happens if a product is not found on StockX or GOAT?

If no results match the search query, the agent informs the user and suggests refining the search with a different keyword, SKU, or colorway name. It can also fall back to Retailed's general product search for broader marketplace coverage.

Can the agent handle currency conversions for international customers?

Yes. The GOAT Pricing endpoint supports a currency parameter using ISO 4217 codes. The agent can fetch prices in USD, EUR, GBP, or other supported currencies, making it easy to serve international customers without manual conversion.
