Can the agent check if a phone number is on the Do Not Call list?

Does Tars store the phone numbers or validation results?

No. Tars sends phone numbers to RealPhoneValidation's API in real time and receives validation results during the conversation. The numbers and results are used only for the current interaction and are not stored in a separate database by Tars.

The reassigned number lookup checks whether a phone number has changed hands since a specific consent date. If a number was reassigned after you obtained consent from the original owner, calling the new owner without fresh consent could violate TCPA regulations. Can the agent validate international phone numbers?

The active status check supports international format numbers with country codes. However, the Turbo V3, wireless ID, and reassigned number features are designed primarily for US 10-digit phone numbers. International validation coverage varies by endpoint and country.
