Nango
Nango unifies your entire integration stack into a single API. Your Tars AI agent triggers data syncs, monitors connection health, and routes actions across CRM, HR, and accounting systems, all while chatting with your customers in real time.

Your AI agent becomes an integration orchestrator, triggering workflows, managing provider connections, and syncing data across your entire tool stack from a single conversation.
Nango
Watch how businesses use AI agents to manage multi-tool integrations, sync data on demand, and keep every connected system current during live customer interactions.
A sales rep asks the chatbot why a lead's info looks outdated. Your AI Agent checks the Nango connection to your CRM, confirms it is active, then triggers a manual sync to pull the latest contact data. Within seconds the rep sees updated deal stages and notes. No one needed to open the Nango dashboard or ping engineering.
A customer reports missing invoices in their portal. Your AI Agent lists all Nango connections for that account, identifies that the accounting provider connection dropped, and surfaces the error details. The support team gets a clear diagnosis before they even look at logs, cutting resolution time from hours to minutes.
A prospect on your website asks if you integrate with their payroll system. Your AI Agent queries Nango's provider list, confirms the payroll tool is supported, and explains which data types can sync. The prospect gets an instant, accurate answer instead of waiting for a sales engineer callback.

FAQs
The agent can access all connections associated with your Nango Secret Key. It lists connections, retrieves provider details, and triggers actions across every provider you have configured in Nango. You control which connections exist in your account.
Yes. The agent uses the Sync Trigger endpoint, which accepts any valid connection ID and sync ID. If you have a sync defined for Salesforce, HubSpot, or any other provider in Nango, the agent can initiate it during a conversation.
Tars stores your Nango Secret Key securely to authenticate API calls. However, individual provider credentials (OAuth tokens, API keys for connected services) remain in Nango. Tars never sees or stores those downstream credentials.
The agent receives an error response from the Nango API indicating the connection is unhealthy. It reports this to the user and can suggest reconnecting the provider. The agent does not attempt to fix credentials on its own.
The current API endpoints focus on listing connections, triggering actions, and running syncs. Creating new connections typically requires OAuth flows or admin setup in the Nango dashboard. The agent can direct users to complete that step.
The dashboard requires manual navigation and technical knowledge. With Tars, your customers, sales reps, or support staff can interact with Nango integrations through plain language. The agent abstracts complexity, making integration management conversational.
The agent can manually trigger syncs and check script configurations. For webhook-driven real-time events, Nango handles those server-side automatically. The agent complements this by providing on-demand visibility and manual trigger capabilities.
In your Tars dashboard, you configure which Nango subtools are attached to your agent's gambits. You can limit the agent to read-only operations like listing connections, or grant full access including action triggers and sync initiation.
Don't limit your AI Agent to basic conversations. Watch how to configure and add powerful tools making your agent smarter and more functional.
