No. The agent sends messages through MSG91's API in real time. Phone numbers and message content are used only during the active dispatch and are not stored in a separate Tars database. MSG91 maintains its own delivery logs in your account.

Yes. The agent creates events in Segmento using the Create User Events API, passing a user identifier (email or phone) and an array of event objects.
