How does the AI agent retrieve time entries from MOCO?

The agent calls MOCO's Activities List API with filters for date range, project ID, user ID, and billing status. It returns individual time entries with descriptions, hours, billable flags, and tags. You can ask for summaries like 'total hours this month' and the agent aggregates the results conversationally.

Can the agent create invoices with multiple line items?

Yes. The agent uses MOCO's Invoice Create endpoint which supports multiple line item objects, each with title, description, quantity, unit, unit price, and net total. It also handles tax rates, discounts, due dates, and service periods. The invoice is created in draft status by default for your review.

What MOCO API authentication does Tars need?

Tars requires your MOCO API key and account subdomain. The API key is generated from your MOCO account settings. The subdomain identifies your MOCO instance (e.g., youragency.mocoapp.com). Together they authenticate all API requests to your specific MOCO workspace.

Does Tars store my MOCO financial data?

No. Tars queries the MOCO API in real-time during conversations. Invoice details, time entries, project budgets, and deal information are fetched live and used only to respond to the current request. No financial data is cached or stored on Tars servers.

Can the agent manage offers and proposals in MOCO?

Yes. The agent can list and retrieve offers from MOCO filtered by status, date range, company, or project. It returns offer details including line items, amounts, and acceptance status. This helps sales teams quickly check proposal status during client conversations.

How is this different from using the MOCO dashboard directly?

Does the integration support MOCO's multi-currency invoicing?

Yes. When creating invoices or projects, the agent supports any currency configured in your MOCO account. Specify the three-letter currency code (EUR, CHF, USD, etc.) and the agent creates records in the correct currency. Exchange rates follow your MOCO account settings.
