The agent uses MailerSend's Get Messages API, filtering by date range. It retrieves a list of sent messages with delivery status, timestamps, and recipient information. For specific messages, the agent can narrow results to a particular email address or date window to find exact delivery records.

Can the agent check domain DNS and verification status?

Yes. The agent calls the Get Domain endpoint with your domain ID and returns the full DNS configuration status including SPF, DKIM, and CNAME verification. It can also list all configured domains to give an overview of your sending infrastructure health.

Does Tars store my MailerSend message logs or recipient data?

No. Tars queries MailerSend's API in real time during conversations. Message logs, recipient lists, and domain information are fetched live. We do not cache or store your transactional email data outside of the active conversation context.

Can the agent track SMS messages sent through MailerSend?

Yes. MailerSend offers SMS capabilities alongside email, and the agent can query SMS activity, messages, and recipient data through dedicated SMS API endpoints. Filter by phone number, date range, or delivery status to troubleshoot SMS delivery issues.
