The agent calls Leverly's List Reattempts API endpoint to retrieve all active and pending reattempts. Each record includes the reattempt ID, lead details, and attempt history. The data is fetched in real time, so your team always sees the current state of the queue.

Can the agent stop a specific reattempt without affecting others in the queue?

Yes. The agent uses Leverly's Stop Reattempts endpoint with a specific reattempt ID. Only that single lead's callback cycle is halted. All other leads in the queue continue their normal reattempt cadence without interruption.

What information does Tars need to connect to Leverly?

Just your Leverly API key, which you can find in the Integrations section of your Leverly dashboard. Enter it in the Tars Tools configuration, and the connection is established. No OAuth flow or additional credentials required.

Does Tars store my lead data from Leverly?

No. Tars queries Leverly in real time during conversations. Lead information and reattempt data are fetched live and used only to respond to the current request. We do not maintain a separate database of your Leverly lead records.
