The agent calls Interzoid's Email Trust Score API with the customer's email address. The API returns a trust score reflecting deliverability, domain validity, and spam risk. The agent can accept high-scoring emails, flag low-scoring ones for review, or ask the customer to provide an alternative address, all in real time.

Can the agent match company names that are spelled differently?

Yes. Interzoid's Company Match Advanced API uses AI models to generate similarity keys for organization names. 'Acme Corp', 'ACME Corporation', and 'Acme Co.' produce identical keys. The agent uses this to detect duplicates before creating new records, choosing from narrow or wide matching algorithms based on your tolerance for false positives.

What authentication does Tars need for Interzoid?

Tars requires your Interzoid API license key, which you generate from your Interzoid account dashboard. Enter the key in the Tars Tools configuration. The key authenticates all API calls. No OAuth flow or additional credentials are needed.

Does Tars store the data that Interzoid returns during conversations?

No. Tars queries Interzoid's APIs in real time and uses the results to respond within the current conversation. Trust scores, similarity keys, and enrichment data are not persisted in Tars. The verified data only flows into your own systems when you configure it to.

Can the agent parse unstructured addresses into standardized components?

Yes. Interzoid's Address Parse API accepts free-form address strings and returns structured components including street, city, state, ZIP code, and country.
