How does the AI agent create and launch campaigns in Instantly?

The agent calls Instantly's Create Campaign API with your campaign name and settings, then uses the Activate Campaign endpoint to start sending. It can also duplicate existing campaigns, create subsequences for follow-ups, and configure campaign-level settings like sending schedules and tracking options.

Can the agent import leads in bulk with personalization variables?

Yes. The Add Leads Bulk API accepts multiple leads with email addresses, first names, last names, company names, and custom variables. The agent formats and submits the lead data in a single API call. Leads can be added to a specific campaign or a standalone lead list for later assignment.

What campaign analytics can the agent retrieve?

The agent accesses multiple analytics endpoints including campaign overview metrics (total sent, opened, replied, bounced), daily analytics (per-day breakdown), step-level analytics (performance by email sequence step), and variant analytics (A/B test results). This covers the full funnel from sends to meetings booked.

What authentication does Tars need for Instantly?

Tars requires your Instantly API Key, generated from the Integrations section of your Instantly dashboard. This key provides access to all campaign management, lead, analytics, and account operations. You can revoke and regenerate the key anytime from Instantly's settings.

Does Tars store my Instantly lead data or email content?

No. Tars interacts with Instantly's API in real time. Lead data, campaign content, and analytics are fetched and submitted directly to Instantly's servers. Tars stores the conversation log but not your lead lists, email sequences, or campaign configurations.

Can the agent manage email account warmup and deliverability?

Yes. The agent can enable and disable warmup for any email account, retrieve warmup analytics showing reputation progression, run inbox placement tests to measure deliverability across providers, and check Custom Tracking Domain status. It can also test IMAP/SMTP connectivity to diagnose account issues.
