Can the agent filter conversations by date range or assistant?

Yes. The Get List of Conversations API accepts date_from, date_to, assistant_id, and includes_voice parameters. The agent can retrieve conversations for a specific week, from a particular assistant, or only voice interactions. Pagination support handles large conversation volumes efficiently.

What authentication does Tars need for Insighto.ai?

Tars requires your Insighto.ai API Key, which must start with 'in-'. Generate this from your Insighto.ai dashboard. The key provides access to contacts, conversations, intents, widgets, and data sources within your organization.

Does Tars store my Insighto.ai customer conversation data?

No. Tars retrieves conversation logs and contact details from Insighto.ai in real time during your requests. The data is displayed in the conversation but not stored separately. Your customer interaction data remains in Insighto.ai's infrastructure.
