How does FullEnrich's waterfall enrichment work through the AI agent?

When the agent submits a contact for enrichment, FullEnrich queries 15+ premium data vendors in sequence. If the first vendor does not find a verified email, the next one tries, and so on. This waterfall approach achieves 80%+ find rates compared to 30-40% from single-source tools. The agent retrieves the best result from across all vendors.

Can the agent enrich contacts using just a LinkedIn profile URL?

Yes. The bulk enrichment endpoint accepts LinkedIn URLs as input. FullEnrich extracts the profile data and runs it through the waterfall to find verified work emails and direct phone numbers. You can also provide first name, last name, and company domain as an alternative input.

What is the reverse email lookup, and when would my agent use it?

Reverse email lookup takes an email address and returns the person's full profile including name, job title, company, and social links. Your agent uses it when a customer provides an email but you need more context, like during lead qualification or when enriching inbound form submissions.

Does Tars store the enriched contact data from FullEnrich?

No. Tars passes enrichment requests to FullEnrich and retrieves results in real-time. The enriched data is used within the conversation to qualify leads or update your CRM. Tars does not maintain a separate copy of the contact records returned by FullEnrich.

How does the agent handle enrichment jobs that take longer to process?

Bulk enrichment runs asynchronously. The agent submits the job and receives an enrichment ID. It then polls for results or you can configure a webhook URL that triggers when the job completes. The forceResults parameter lets the agent retrieve partial results even before the full batch finishes.

Can I limit the agent to only search for emails or only phone numbers?

FullEnrich supports phone-only enrichment, so you only pay for what you need. The agent can be configured to request specific data types based on your use case. If you only need direct dials for a cold calling campaign, no email credits are consumed.

How accurate are the enriched emails, and what about bounce rates?

FullEnrich applies triple verification across different validation services to detect high-confidence emails. This typically reduces bounce rates to around 1%. The agent receives confidence scores alongside each result, so you can set thresholds that only accept emails above a certain confidence level.

What happens if FullEnrich cannot find contact data for a lead?

The enrichment result returns with a status indicating no data was found. The agent can handle this gracefully by asking the prospect for additional information, suggesting alternative contacts at the company, or flagging the lead for manual research by your team. No credits are charged for unfound contacts.
