FinerWorks processes the order, assigns a reference ID, and begins fulfillment. The agent can also validate orders first using the validate_only flag before final submission.

Can the agent show customers the difference between canvas, fine art paper, and photo paper?

Yes. The agent retrieves all available media types from FinerWorks' API, which includes archival matte, glossy photo, canvas, watercolor paper, and more. It explains each option's characteristics to the customer, helping them choose the right medium for their artwork or photograph.

What credentials do I need to connect FinerWorks to Tars?

You need two keys: your FinerWorks Web API Key and your App Key. Both are available in your FinerWorks account when you log in. Enter them in the Tars dashboard under Tools, and the agent is ready to interact with your FinerWorks printing and fulfillment workflows immediately.
