Yes. The agent uses the Get Testimonial endpoint to retrieve a specific review by its ID, or it can filter testimonials by tag to find reviews relevant to the product or service being discussed. It then shares the reviewer's name, rating, and quote directly in the conversation.

What Endorsal API key permissions does Tars need?

Tars requires your Endorsal API key found under Account Details > API. This key grants access to read testimonials, contacts, tags, widgets, and campaigns, as well as write access to create new testimonials. You can regenerate the key anytime from your Endorsal dashboard.

Does Tars store copies of my Endorsal testimonials or contact data?

No. Tars queries Endorsal in real time during conversations. Testimonial content, contact details, and campaign information are fetched live and used only to respond to the current interaction. No separate database of your Endorsal data is maintained.

Can the agent check the status of my AutoRequest review campaigns?

Yes. The agent calls Endorsal's List AutoRequest Campaigns endpoint to retrieve all active and inactive campaigns. It can also fetch details for a specific campaign by ID, including delivery stats and configuration, so you get a quick health check without logging into the dashboard.
