The agent calls Emelia's Find Email endpoint with the prospect's full name and company name (company website and country are optional). Emelia initiates an asynchronous job to locate the professional email. The agent then polls the result endpoint until the job completes and returns the verified email address to your conversation.

Can the agent create both email and LinkedIn campaigns in a single conversation?

Yes. The agent has access to both Emelia's Create Campaign and Create LinkedIn Campaign endpoints. You can instruct it to set up parallel outreach channels in one exchange. Each campaign gets its own contacts and tracking, but both are launched from the same chat session.

What engagement data can the agent retrieve from Emelia campaigns?

The agent pulls activities including SENT, OPENED, CLICKED, REPLIED, BOUNCED, and UNSUBSCRIBED events for email campaigns, plus VISITED, INVITED, ACCEPTED, MESSAGE_SENT, and REPLIED for LinkedIn campaigns. You can filter by contact ID, event type, or campaign version to narrow results.

The agent checks the result and only adds contacts with deliverable addresses to your campaign, preventing bounces from damaging your sender reputation.

How does the blacklist feature protect my outreach?

When the agent adds an email to Emelia's blacklist, that address is excluded from all future campaigns. This prevents sending to prospects who opted out or complained. The agent can also remove addresses from the blacklist if a contact re-engages, keeping your suppression list current and accurate.

In your Tars dashboard, navigate to Tools and select Emelia. Enter your Emelia API key, which you can find in your Emelia account settings. Once connected, attach the tool to your AI Agent Gambit.
