Can the AI agent create both invoices and receipts in Elorus?

Yes. The agent supports the 'kind' parameter which accepts either 'invoice' or 'receipt' when creating documents. You can configure your agent logic so that B2B clients receive invoices while retail customers get receipts, all within the same conversation workflow.

How does the agent handle multi-currency invoicing?

When creating an invoice, the agent specifies the currency_id parameter matching currencies configured in your Elorus organization. If you invoice clients in EUR, USD, and GBP, the agent selects the correct currency based on the client's profile or conversation context.

What authentication does Elorus require for the Tars integration?

Elorus requires two credentials: your API key (found in your User Profile) and your Organization ID (found under Settings, Organization). Enter both in the Tars dashboard when adding the tool. The agent uses these to authenticate every request to the Elorus REST API.

Can the agent search for a client by name if I do not know their Elorus contact ID?

Yes. The Get Contacts endpoint supports full-text search across name, code, and VAT number. The agent can find a client by typing just their company name, then retrieve the contact ID needed for invoice creation. No memorizing IDs required.

Does Tars store copies of my Elorus invoices or client financial data?

No. The agent queries your Elorus organization in real time during conversations. Invoice details, contact records, and billing data are fetched live and used only to serve the current interaction. Tars does not maintain a separate database of your financial records.

Can the agent handle Greek myDATA tax compliance requirements?

The agent creates invoices with proper tax_category_id, series_id, and all required fields that Elorus uses for myDATA submissions. Since Elorus handles the actual myDATA transmission to AADE, your invoices created through the agent follow the same compliance path as those created manually.

How is this different from using the Elorus web dashboard to send invoices?

The Elorus dashboard requires you to log in, navigate menus, and fill forms. Tars lets you create and send invoices during a client conversation. When a client says 'Send me the invoice,' the agent generates it, emails it, and confirms delivery, all without leaving the chat window.

Can the agent retrieve credit notes and estimates alongside invoices?

Yes. The agent accesses separate endpoints for credit notes (filtered by contact, currency, and date range) and estimates (with pagination). You can ask the agent to pull a client's complete financial picture, including invoices, credit notes, and pending estimates, in a single conversation.
