Does Tars store any data from my Docupilot workspace?

Tars does not replicate or cache your Docupilot workspace data. Folder names and account details are fetched in real time during conversations and used only to complete the current operation. Your workspace contents remain exclusively on Docupilot's infrastructure under your account's access controls.

Can the agent manage folders across multiple Docupilot workspaces?

The agent connects to the workspace specified by the Workspace ID in your Tars configuration. If you operate multiple workspaces, you would configure separate tool connections for each.
