The agent selects the appropriate type based on your conversation context and can set participant limits, lobby settings, and access modes for each.

How does the agent handle password-protected webinar rooms?

When creating a conference with access_type set to 2 (password-protected), the agent generates or assigns a password and includes it in the registration confirmation sent to attendees. For token-based access (access_type 3), the agent can generate autologin URLs so participants join without separate credentials.

Can the agent access poll results and Q&A history from past sessions?

Yes. The agent retrieves session polls, individual poll details with vote breakdowns, and full Q&A history through dedicated ClickMeeting API endpoints. This is useful for post-event follow-up where attendees ask about topics discussed or want to review the questions that were answered.

Does Tars store attendee registration data from ClickMeeting?

No. Registration and attendee data is fetched in real-time from ClickMeeting during conversations. Names, emails, and engagement metrics exist only in your ClickMeeting account. Tars does not maintain a separate copy of your event participant information.

Can the agent schedule recurring or permanent conference rooms?

Yes. The permanent_room parameter controls this. Set it to 1 for a permanent room that stays open indefinitely, or 0 for a scheduled session with a specific start time and duration. The agent picks the right setting based on whether you are running a recurring office hours session or a one-time product launch webinar.

ClickMeeting's registration page is a static form visitors must navigate to and fill out.
