With simultaneous call mode, all available team members ring at the same time. The first rep to pick up gets connected to the lead.

Can the agent route leads to different teams based on qualification answers?

Yes. During the conversation, your agent collects qualification data like company size, budget, and use case. Based on these answers, it selects the appropriate Callingly team ID when creating the call. Enterprise leads go to senior reps, SMB leads go to inside sales, and each team has its own retry schedule.

What happens if no sales reps answer the initial callback?

Callingly automatically retries based on your team configuration. You can set per-agent retries and lead-level retries with custom schedules, for example 15 minutes, then 60 minutes, then 2 hours. The agent can also monitor uncontacted leads via List Leads and escalate to a manager.

Does the AI agent hear the whisper message that reps receive?

No. The whisper message plays only for your sales rep before they connect to the lead. It includes the lead's name, company, and source, so the rep is prepared before pressing 1 to connect. Your agent configures this through the Create Team endpoint's whispertext parameter.
