The agent calls Botpress's List Conversations endpoint using the bot ID as a header. It supports filters for channel name, integration type, participant IDs, and conversation tags. Results are paginated using nextToken, so even large conversation volumes can be retrieved incrementally.

Can the agent monitor multiple Botpress bots for issues at the same time?

Yes. The agent queries List Bot Issues for each bot ID in your account and aggregates the results. You can schedule periodic health checks that scan all bots and compile a single status report with issues sorted by severity and bot name.

What authentication does Tars need for Botpress?

Tars requires a Personal Access Token (PAT) generated in the Profile Settings section of your Botpress account. This token grants API access scoped to your account's permissions for conversations, files, workspaces, and bot issues. You can revoke the token anytime from your Botpress settings.

Does Tars store conversation transcripts retrieved from Botpress?

No. Tars queries Botpress APIs in real time and processes conversation data only during the active request. Chat transcripts, user information, and bot configurations are fetched live and discarded after the response is generated. Your Botpress data stays within Botpress.

Can the agent filter conversations by specific channels like Slack or web chat?

Yes. The List Conversations endpoint accepts channel and integrationName filters. Your agent can pull only Slack conversations, only web chat threads, or any combination. This is useful for channel-specific quality reviews or integration-specific debugging.

What happens if a Botpress workspace is private? Can the agent still access it?

The agent accesses workspaces based on your Personal Access Token's permissions. Private workspaces you own or belong to are visible through the List Workspaces endpoint. The List Public Workspaces endpoint shows only community-shared configurations and does not expose private workspace data.
