How do I authenticate the AI agent with my Ascora account?

Navigate to the Administration menu in Ascora, then go to API Settings. Generate an API key if you do not have one. Enter this key in your Tars dashboard when connecting the Ascora tool. Note that only one API key can be active at a time.

Can customers check their job status through the AI agent?

Yes. The agent retrieves your customer list and job records from Ascora. When a customer identifies themselves, the agent can look up their open jobs and report status, type, and scheduling information during the conversation.
