What information does Tars need to connect to Amcards?

Tars requires your Amcards API key for authentication. You can generate this key from your Amcards account settings. The connection uses secure Bearer token authorization over HTTPS. No additional technical setup is needed - simply paste your API key when adding the Amcards tool to your agent.

Does Tars store copies of my Amcards contacts or card data?

Tars does not permanently store your Amcards data. Each query is made in real-time through the API, and results are used only within the context of the active conversation. Your contact information and card history remain in Amcards - Tars simply provides the AI interface to access and act on that data.
