Yes. Using the multi-index search capability, your agent can query products, help articles, and store locations simultaneously in one API call. This is useful when a customer question spans multiple data types, like asking about a product and its return policy at the same time.
For basic search functionality, a Search-only API key is sufficient and recommended for security. If you want your agent to also manage settings, create A/B tests, or update synonyms, you will need to provide an Admin API key with broader permissions.
