Results come back in seconds without exposing your full database.

Can the agent create leads with all the custom fields my agency uses?

Yes. The agent supports AgencyZoom's custom fields feature. During lead capture, it collects information matching your custom field definitions, such as policy types needed, current carrier, or referral source. These values populate correctly in AgencyZoom so your workflows and reports stay accurate.

What AgencyZoom permissions does Tars need to function?

Tars requires a JWT token with access to Leads, Customers, Tasks, and Quotes. You generate this token through AgencyZoom's API authentication. The agent can only access data your token permits, and you can revoke access anytime from your AgencyZoom settings.

Does Tars store copies of my policyholder information?

No. Tars queries AgencyZoom in real-time during each conversation. Customer names, policy details, and lead information are fetched live and used only to respond to the current inquiry. We maintain no separate database of your insurance client data.

Can the agent assign leads to producers based on territory or line of business?
