All data access uses the same OData API parameters available in 21RISK, including filtering, sorting, and pagination.

How do I generate the API key needed for the 21RISK integration?

In 21RISK, navigate to Account Settings and generate an API key. Copy this key and paste it into the Tars dashboard when connecting the tool. The API key provides secure access to your 21RISK OData endpoints. We recommend creating a dedicated API key for the Tars integration with appropriate access scopes.

Can the AI agent access compliance data across multiple 21RISK organizations?

Yes, the agent can query the Organizations endpoint to retrieve data across multiple organizations associated with your API key. You can configure the agent to filter responses by specific organization IDs or allow cross-organization queries for enterprise-wide compliance visibility.

Does Tars store copies of my 21RISK audit reports or compliance data?

No, Tars does not store your 21RISK data. Each query is executed in real-time against the 21RISK OData API, and responses are used only to generate the agent's answer. Your compliance data remains in 21RISK and is never persisted in Tars systems.

What happens if someone asks about an audit report that has been deleted in 21RISK?

The agent will return results based on what currently exists in 21RISK. If a report has been deleted, it will not appear in query results. The agent handles empty results gracefully and can be configured to suggest alternative data sources or prompt the user to check if the report was archived.
