The agent calls Token Metrics' Get Price endpoint with a numeric token_id and optional currency parameter (USD, EUR, GBP). It returns the latest price, 24-hour volume, market capitalization, and price change percentage. You can also set a limit to fetch multiple token prices in one call.

What technical indicators are available through the agent?

The Get Technical Indicators endpoint supports RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands, and other standard indicators. You specify the symbol (e.g., BTCUSDT), interval (1h, 4h, 1d), indicator name, and optional date range. The agent returns up to 1,000 data points per request.

What authentication does Tars need for Token Metrics?

Tars uses an API key for authentication. Generate your key from your Token Metrics account dashboard and enter it in the Tars tool configuration. The key provides access to all available data endpoints based on your subscription tier.

Does Tars store my Token Metrics data or trading signals?

No. Price data, indicators, and trading signals are fetched live from Token Metrics during conversations. Tars does not cache historical data or signal results between sessions.
