Tars requires your Recruitee Company ID (subdomain) and a personal API token. You generate the token from Settings, Apps and plugins, then Personal API tokens in your Recruitee dashboard. The token controls which data the agent can access based on your permission settings.
No. Tars queries Recruitee in real time during each conversation. Candidate names, emails, resumes, and pipeline details are fetched live and used only within the active session. We do not maintain a separate database of your recruitment data.
