How does the AI agent access my ExpoFP floor plan data?

The agent connects to ExpoFP's REST API using your API token obtained from your ExpoFP profile page. It queries event data, categories, and extras in real-time. Each request includes your event ID and token, ensuring the agent only accesses data for your specific expo.

Can the agent handle multiple expos running simultaneously?

Yes. The agent retrieves the full list of expos from your ExpoFP account and can direct attendees to the correct event based on their questions. Each expo has a unique event ID, and the agent manages context for different events within the same conversation.

What information does the agent need to add a new booth category?

The agent needs the event ID and the category name. It sends these to ExpoFP's add category endpoint, and the new category becomes available on the floor plan immediately. Organizers can trigger this through a simple chat message like 'Add a Sustainability category to Event 2655.'

Does the integration work with ExpoFP's 3D floor maps?

The API integration manages event data, categories, and extras. The 3D floor plan visualization remains on ExpoFP's platform. The agent can direct attendees to the interactive floor plan URL where they experience the full 3D map, while providing text-based booth and category information conversationally.

What authentication does ExpoFP require for the API connection?
