Api2Pdf supports three rendering engines: Headless Chrome for modern web content, wkhtmltopdf for fast HTML conversion, and LibreOffice for Office document conversions. The AI agent selects the appropriate engine based on your source content.

How long are generated PDFs available for download?

By default, Api2Pdf stores generated files for 24 hours. For security-sensitive applications, the AI agent can immediately delete files after delivery using the delete PDF action with the response ID.

Can the AI agent extract specific pages from a PDF?

Yes. The agent can extract any page range from an existing PDF using zero-based page indices. For example, requesting pages 0-2 extracts the first three pages into a new PDF file.

What barcode formats does Api2Pdf support?

Api2Pdf generates barcodes and QR codes through Zebra Crossing (ZXING). Common formats include CODE_39 for standard barcodes and QR_CODE for two-dimensional codes. The agent can customize width, height, and label visibility.
