Before you start
Before you start, sign in to the dashboard and select the organization you want to work in.- Your organization is on the Premium or Enterprise plan. A Free organization sees Campaigns unlock on Premium in place of the wallet.
- Adding funds needs the Admin or Billing role.
Add funds
1
Open Settings, select Billing, then the Campaign wallet tab
The Campaign wallet card shows the available balance and the statement.
2
Select Add funds
The Add campaign funds dialog opens.
3
Pick an amount
Choose 500, 2,000, or $5,000. There is no custom amount.
4
Select Continue to payment and pay
Funds are available as soon as payment completes. Top-ups are independent of your subscription renewal.
How campaigns spend the balance
Wallet spending follows a reserve, settle, refund lifecycle.
A campaign cannot start unless the balance covers its estimated cost. Cancelling a scheduled campaign before it starts sending refunds its unused reserved funds.
What WhatsApp messages cost
The cost of one WhatsApp message depends on the recipient’s country and on the template’s pricing category, which is marketing, utility, or authentication. Tars looks up the rate for that country and category, then applies the per-category markup of your organization’s plan. Countries without their own rate use a default rate. The estimated cost shown in the campaign builder uses the same pricing, so the estimate and the settlement match unless deliveries fail.Read the statement
The statement has the columns Date, Type, Description, Amount, and Balance. Each row records one movement.
Recipient-level cost detail lives in the campaign report. See Read campaign reports.
