2. It asks them the amount of loan that they want to borrow.
3. It asks them if they own their house, rent it, or others.
4. It asks them to choose their credit score.
5. It asks them to choose their employment status, i.e. if they are a full-time employee, part-time, self-employed, unemployed, or other.
6. It asks them to enter their yearly pre-tax income (including bonus, commissions, part-time earnings, social security, retirement, disability, alimony, and child support).
7. It asks them if they want to add a joint owner and tells them the benefits of doing that.
8. If they want to add a co-borrower, the chatbot asks them for the latter's name, email address, yearly pre-tax income, and the last four digits of their social security number.
9. It collects the key details about the customer such as their zip code, address, date of birth, and contact details.
