Use Read calls to inspect calls. Place and manage calls includes read access and permits placement, metadata updates, stopping and content deletion.

Place or schedule

Create a call now or schedule it 60 seconds to 30 days ahead. Use an Idempotency-Key when retrying a placement. Selected-resource keys must supply an agentId within their selection. All-resources keys can use the agent assigned to the originating number. List accepts simple filters. Search accepts the full condition grammar. Both exclude test calls and return newest first. A cursor is valid only for the same query. Get a call includes its transcript and recording links.

Privacy protections

Every call response applies the organization’s privacy protections. Protected phone numbers, emails and variables remain masked or hidden unless the key has Read protected call details. The protected permission includes Read calls. Grant it only to systems allowed to receive the underlying values.
